I am pleased to inform you that Congressmen Tom Cole (R-OK) and Donald Payne (D-NJ) are circulating a letter to the Chair and Ranking Democrat on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services and Education Appropriations, Congressmen Ralph Regula and David Obey, respectively. Please work with the aides you visited at the Policy Seminar (and other members from your state) to make sure that pro-TRIO members sign these letters. As the attachments indicate, Members of Congress interested in signing the letter should contact Brad Watson in Congressman Cole's office (202-225-6265) or LaVerne Alexander in Congressman Payne's office (202-225-2426.
